Infinitas Learning is looking for a Junior Controller to strengthen its financial team. As a Junior Controller, you will play a crucial role in financial management and ensuring the long-term stability of the company. In this role, it’s essential that you are a proactive self-starter with strong attention to detail, while overseeing all financial reporting. You will not only be responsible for daily financial operations but also play an active role in setting up project control and managing budgets, audits, and the annual financial statements. You will work closely with the team, and there’s plenty of room to sharpen your skills and learn more every day.
What will you do?
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial closings in collaboration with Accounting, focusing on operational and personnel costs;
- Execute project control and analyze the under- or overspending of costs on a project basis;
- Analyze performance across different cost centers;
- Support budget, audit, and year-end processes;
- Build new dashboards in Power BI to better visualize financial performance;
- Actively contribute ideas for process improvements;
- Conduct analyses related to project capitalization;
- Test and document internal controls.

- A gross monthly salary of €2,700 – €3,700 based on 40 hours per week, depending on experience;

Who are you?
- You have a bachelor’s degree (HBO) in Finance;
- You have taken your first steps in the job market; work experience in Junior Control, Cost Control, or Project Control is a big plus;
- Affinity with IT and Development is a plus;
- You are not afraid to ask questions and have a hands-on mentality;
- You are ambitious and want to grow, with a passion for education.
