As an Allround Financial, you will work in the Holding Administration team. You form the foundation for the 2x Holding Administration Officers and also for the Senior Holding Administrator, each of whom has their own tasks and responsibilities, but can also function as a mentor so the Administrators have the opportunity to develop themselves within the department.

Eriks is an international company with Dutch management. In terms of culture, this makes it a low-threshold organization and professionally interesting to see what is going on in the company.

Tasks and responsibilities:
As an Allround Financial, you are the direct point of contact for external stakeholders. A number of other tasks that are part of your position are:

  • Control of Accounts payable and approval flows;
  • Control and processing of Employee Expense Claims;
  • Processing monthly Accounts Receivables;
  • Monitoring and clearing ageing lists (AR and AP);
  • Maintaining employee cost database;
  • Reconciliation of daily bank statements;
  • Execute weekly payments;
  • General Administration related to multiple entities;
  • Assisting the Holding team with high-priority tasks (GL, Treasury, Reporting);
  • Provide ad hoc support to the organization.

Education and personal skills:
Are you the Allround Financial we are looking for Eriks? Then you have:

  • MBO+ or HBO work and thinking level with training in, for example, business administration, financial employee, or accountancy;
  • at least 2-3 years of work experience;
  • a structured approach: you are accurate, learn quickly and keep an overview;
  • communication skills and empathy: you can level up with all members of the mixed team;
  • the will to help Eriks further as a company: you are prepared to further professionalize the organization;
  • good command of the English language: Eriks is an international company and works with employees from all countries and cultures.
