Administrator (English/German) – Real Estate – Amsterdam

Administrator who undertakes the day-to-day running of the part of the invoices approval and payments,

 

Reports to: Account Manager  / CFO / COO

 

Tasks and responsibilities: (including but are not limited to)

  • Taking care of invoice payments for several companies;
  • Handling of ad hoc payments;
  • Monitoring of cash requirements;
  • Monthly bank balance reporting;
  • Liaise with external property managers / asset managers;
  • Liaise with Luxembourg accounting teams;
  • Liaise with banks;
  • Support accounting teams;
  • General administrative tasks;
  • Reporting to CFO, COO and Account Manager.

 

Education and Skills:

  • Bedrijfsadministratie (mba) or equivalent
  • Knowledge of MS Office standard applications
  • Fluent in English and German, any other language would be an advantage
